Title : RARE ANTIQUE PRATTWARE BIDET

Reference: 2329

A very rare antique Prattware bidet from the late 18th century.This is an unrecorded example.Elaborate floral and leave decoration very much in the style used on Delftware.Probably produced in Staffordshire or one of the Yorkshire potteries.Antique ENGLISH POTTERY PERIOD CIRCA 1790/1810.There are no restorations.

Antique plain creamware covered comport with pierced decoration in the Leeds pottery fashion.The comport was probably designed for holding whipped cream.Most likely the production of the Leeds Pottery in Yorkshire in circa 1780 period. PRICE £885

An exceptionally good antique pearlware English snuff box in the form of a ladies head.Well modelled and decorated in Pratt colors the piece dates from circa 1790 and is.therefore,an early example. The screw threaded lid is a replacement. PRICE $1750

A good creamware teapot from Josiah Wedgwood the master English potter. Manufacture date circa 1785. Antique English Staffordshire pottery period late 18th century. The pot is in unrestored condition and is a little gem typical of Wedgwoods finer pieces of Queensware.
