Antique English or Scottish pottery relief molded plaque early 19th century

Antique earthenware relief molded plaque with a figure of a standing ram.
The plaque is decorated in oxide colours with a lead glaze often described as Whieldon "style".
This fine country pottery piece was probably made in Scotland although no definitive attribution can be made.
The plaque is a significant size over 12 inches long and is visually appealing in its naive fashion.

Dimensions: 11.25 inch wide 8.25 inch high
