Duo of ewe and lamb English pottery pearlware with underglaze colours late 18th century

A rare duo of English pottery figures of a ewe and lamb modelled on bases and decorated in underglaze oxide colours with a pearlware glaze. The figures are not a pair but it is a rare opportunity to put the two together making an interesting and appealing decorative statement.
Each figure can be acquired as a single if required at £1200 each. The figures date from the late 18th century and both are in fine clean unrestored condition.
