English delftware polychrome wall pockets Fazackerly Liverpool 18th century

A pair of Liverpool delftware pottery cornucopia form polychrome Fazackerly colored wall pockets mid 18th century period. The pockets are hand painted with a figure of a bird perched on a flowering branch with a shell at the top rim. There are two glazed holes which are original to the piece. The relief modeling is crisp, and the polychrome decoration is well applied, and the pair have retained their fresh period appeal.

Current Condition Tiny chip restored at rim. Professional and invisible.
