Nottingham pottery stoneware puzzle jug 18th century England

Dated: c. 1770 Nottingham

A good Nottingham stoneware puzzle jug with typical lustrous salt- glaze associated with this pottery.
The neck is pierced with stylized flower head designs and has three short spouts. The jug is a robust vessel of good proportion and is in very good order with only minor restoration at rim.

Dimensions: 7.00 inch wide 8.00 inch high 5.00 inch deep

Medium: stoneware pottery earthenware ceramic

Current Condition Good appearance with only minor restorations at rim.
