A rare and unusual figure of a cow standing against a bocage tree trunk, the base with shredded moss and flowers. The bocage application is especially unique with the feature of the central branch reaching over across the cows back. Staffordshire pearlware pottery early 19th century period England. A highly decorative and charming figure. Attributed to Obadiah Sherratt Pottery.

Dimensions: 4.75 inch wide 5.00 inch high 3.00 inch deep

Medium: Pearlware pottery ceramic bocage earthenware

Current Condition Minor enamels re-touch and tip of leaf well restored.
