The English delftware pottery blue and white charger is decorated in the Bowen style with a boating scene in blue. The central image depicts a male figure in a punt with a seated figure in the stern. There are five smaller images of boats and some buildings along a headland. A prominent tree features at the front of the scene. The charger is attributed to Bristol and was made in the mid-18th century.
