A wonderfully naive pair of English pottery cats sponged-decorated in underglaze ochre, black, orange, and green. The cats have expressive and engaging heads with pricky-up ears and are molded seated on a green base with an ochre-coloured line.

Current Condition: Professional restoration at the back base of one cat and tip of one ear.
