A Ralph Wood creamware-bodied figure in colored glazes of Neptune with a trident standing on a square-shaped plinth, his foot resting on a dolphin's head. Unusually, the trident is modeled integrally with the figure, a rare detail. The imposing classically formed figure is elegantly molded and subtly decorated with colored green, blue, and light brown glazes.
